a - z challenge day 5 E

E is for Elephant, Eternal, Elm Tree,


Elephant noun:
either of two large, five-toed pachyderms of the family Elephantidae,characterized by a long, prehensile trunk formed of the nose and upper lip,including Loxodonta africana (African elephant)  with enormous flapping ears,two fingerlike projections at the end of the trunk, and ivory tusks, andElephas maximus (Indian elephant)  with smaller ears, one projection at the endof the trunk, and ivory tusks almost exclusively in males: L. africana  isthreatened; E. maximus  is endangered.

Eternal  Adjective:
without beginning or end; lasting forever; always existing (opposed totemporal ): eternal life.

Elm Tree  Noun:
any tree of the genus Ulmus,  as U. procera (English elm)  characterized by the gradually spreading columnar manner of growth of its branches. Compare American elmelm family.



Elephant are ngmagnificent mighty creatures, so sad to see that they are becoming extinct.  How can  you harm these beautiful creatures, taking their teeth poachers stink, they also have excellent memory, I have always heard do not make them mad as they never forget.  



Eternal flame for JFK   RIP, eternal flames have the ever lasting beauty, heat can be felt near the flame.   What a sacred place to visit, I bet the feeling is 
overwhelming when you are here to visit.  



got to love the mighty elm, they provide us shade in the summer and 
beautiful colors in the fall.   The elms are just starting to get pods on them
for beautiful leaves in the summer.
