Tuesday 4

 Linking up here Tuesday 4

Tea Party

Welcome to Tuesday 4 the legacy of Toni Taddeo, kept in her honor and memory.

Let's discuss tea parties.

1. Do you invite people over for coffee or tea?    We have a pretty large group of

friends who meet on a monthly basis

2.  Entertaining is a good way to serve others. The bible encourages it in talking about

how to be a good person:

Isaiah 58: "“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and

untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?

Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—

when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh

and blood? "

Do you entertain often?  every couple of months as we all go to different homes until

 our turn to host

3. What kind of refreshments do you offer to guests?  we usually have dinners, coffee,

tea, sodas, beer chips, pinwheel sandwiches for snacks

4. Do you enjoy tea and/or coffee? How do you take it?  I drink sweet ice tea (no coffee)

If it is in your power to entertain friends and family, do so often. People get lonely and

need to be with others. You have more to offer than you know! Giving of your time

and self is priceless.

During this pandemic I have sure missed my family and friends.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you!    Please stay safe if your traveling.   Remember its the one day where calories DO NOT matter.   Hug your family, and say I love you because tomorrow isn't promised.    Here on the Gator ranch we are chilling today will be having Thanksgiving on Sat due to everybody not being able to be here today.   Gators family were having non traditional food , hotdogs, hamburgers, chili (sounds great to me its about the fellowship and what the day is about)  My family is the traditional meal.

Do you have traditional or non traditional meals on Thanksgiving?    What's a favorite memory you have?   Mine is spending time with my Grandparents, aunt, uncles and cousins,  us girl cousins always got the chore of doing the dreaded dishes from around 40  people  we always thought we were being punished, in reality they were teaching us responsibilities as we didn't have to be told the dishes were our job, we just knew.

blessings everybody

Gina

Isaiah 12:4

4 In that day you will say: “Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.

Happy Tuesday

Hope everybody is having a great Thanksgiving week so far. Here at the Gator ranch we are doing pretty good.  Already tired of winter time and by the calendar isn't official yet.

Please be safe for the ones that will be traveling, we will be visiting our families on Sat.   Please keep your loved ones near and dear as tomorrow is never promised.   Gator's health isn't the best we are going to families as we never know if this may be the last chance.

2020 only has 30 days left, for me it can't be over fast enough, however the new year scares me because of the unknown, and think most of you know where that is going, however I do not do political stuff on my blog.

Happy Thanksgiving be blessed!!!!

much to be thankful for
