here we are on Thursday again, no better place to be

we got some much needed rain Wednesday thank you Lord.

The Lord called my God mother home on Saturday and talk about peaceful,
she had a smile on her face.....and looked really pretty when she was to
meet her husband and son.

Friendships that have gotten back in touch...I love each and every one of you

We all have so much to be grateful for it is always
hard to sum up in a list

I am thankful for my Salvation, and knowing that temptation is always right around the corner
and that I know I have a higher power.

That spring is in the air (I love the smells of spring and all the beauty)

pray that I do not have to deal with idiots at work tomorrow, last Friday night I had to deal
with some Aryian Nation *AKA SKINHEADS* it was very creepy and knowing that
I had God's hand on my shoulder I was calmed in a moment

The will power of my God mother (Her kidney's shut down at 2-3 pm on Sunday, as of today
all body organs have stopped functioning all but her heart, she must have a heart of gold,
they can't do dialysis because of a blood disorder *it didn't start as Leukemia but has now turned that way....Her name is Eddy....please pray for her and her family that she doesn't suffer any more than needed, she was last awake on Tuesday now in a drug induced comma to keep her pain away

sorry to get onto my list of needs, God just spoke to me and told me to do this that prayer
never hurts anybody.

my new haircut, it is so easy to take care of.

laundry all caught up, house clean so now I can have time to blog :)

the doggies loves me so much and unconditionally both of them sleep
as close to me as they possibly can.

The much needed rain we got last Sunday *it was 38 degrees, raining, sleeting, snowing
all in the same time*

Here are my answers-

1. Thursday marks the first day of spring...to celebrate would you rather plant a garden or go for a walk in the woods? Would either of those activities be possible on Thursday where you live?
I love taking walks in the woods, and love garden life also.  Yes I will be helping Dad
plant garden tomorrow....walking in the woods, not tomorrow we had rain a few days ago
everything is a muddy mess
2. When did somebody last spring something on you? (or when did you last spring something on someone?)
This past Sunday somebody sprung some very bad news on me :( my god mother is 
very ill  her kidneys failed on Sunday but as of 1130 tonight she is still hanging on
God, please do let her suffer any longer than needed  please pray for her family 
as the last several years have been very hard on all of them.
3. We often think of spring as a time for new beginnings...what's something you'd like to start doing this spring?
getting shrubs and flowers planted in the yard, and I will get them down, just waiting till the last freeze, so that everything will not die
4. Where do you like to sit in a movie theatre? When did you last sit there, and what were you watching?
I like to sit in the middle, in the middle of isle....do not like first row or back row
You know to be honest I can't remember the last time I went to a movie theatre,
I always wait for them to come out on demand and rent to watch in the comfort of my own home (plus it is cheaper it cost $6 for 24 hr rental and can watch as many times as i want)
5. When you meet someone for the very first time, what do you want them to think about you?
That I am not a shady person but in fact real and sincere,  knowing when I tell them
"have a nice day" or it was nice meeting you with a HUG I am sincere
6. March is frozen food month (yes, really!). Besides ice cream (gotta make you think a little) what's your most often purchased frozen food item?
frozen veggies, I use them more than can veggies 1) they are fresher and taste better  2) not as high of salt content   3) they are healthier for you
7. What's something you avoid?
Negativity....I just do not have any room in my life for negativity and Drama
it seems at work, there is a lot of drama going on, me being the older of the workers
just walk away and do not get involved.  I also do not have any room for Liars
I work with a lady who is a chronic liar (lord help her, she is 23 and thinks she knows everything)

I am allergic to STUPID     I just can't believe how in the world some people even get out of 
bed on a daily basis.  And, drivers who texting and driving seriously?  somebody 
had to swerve to the center, to keep from hitting me in the back end...and the person behind him went to the ditch       There is not a text or phone call worth dying or taking another life for

buttercups they get huge.

here we are at Thankful Thursday again no better place to be as we all have so much to
be thankful for.

for warmer weather this week (look out for Sat it gonna be a doosey) As IN COLD Grrr
cold needs to go!!

My job having good people to work for makes job more relaxing.....you know though however
there is always one lemon in the pea pod.

Friends, who just call to say I care

Long talks with Gilligan...Lord give me the strength not to reach through the phone and not slap
our trouble maker.  (LONG STORY) Gilligan needs prayer also, so that temptation will
not get him again.   Having the means and money to get Gilligan with me once and for all

Making my 1st truck payment 6 days early.

I love finding about my family's heritage, I have traced my family back to the early 1600's
15 of my great great grandparents were full blood german the 16th as full blood Irish
6 of great grandparents were full blood German the other 2 Irish
my grandfather on moms side was half german half irish, my grandmother was german
dads parents were both German.   I have a book from my mom's side but not having
the luck on dad's side.  Mom's family is who I have traced back.
A fun fact, that mom's family was once apart of one of the very famous gangs back in
the 1800's

2. Branch Rickey, the baseball exec credited with signing Jackie Robinson, is credited as saying-

"Luck is the residue of design."

Agree or disagree? Why?

I am not sure that I agree LUCKY, but think people have worked very hard to get where they are today however, I do think people at a young age know where their talent is

my yard, love having all the little critters in the yard,  squirrels, rabbits and the birdies
that come to visit.

4. Who is your favorite comedian?
I like Jeff Dunham and Gabriel Iglasis

5. March is National Nutrition Month, and almost everyone needs to improve their diet in some way. What about you? How can you improve your nutrition on a daily basis? Will you try?
I have cut salt almost completely out of my diet, carbs coming next...and yes I will try sometimes it is hard

6. Which of these green expressions have you 'experienced' in recent weeks-green with envy, green thumb, green around the gills, or give the green light? Explain.
green around the gills, because of something stupid "gilligan did" but things are working 
out but is taking some time to deal with taking one day at a time

here we are on Thursday again, no better place to be.
It is so hard to come up with the thankful list, as we all have
so much to be thankful for.

my salvation
I am thankful for the "small" amount of rain we got
friends calling out of the blue
that the weather didn't get as bad as they said
gilligan finding his way back *long story*
leaving the past in the rear view mirror
how things always have a way of "working out" pray about my new job,
as they are already talking full time, as I started part time, so please pray
I make the right decision *my other job, is so stressful, yet new job is very relaxed.
that I didn't break my finger(s) yesterday, I almost fell and hit on cement
while trying to catch mom n dads puppy
