365 days of pictures ~day 38~ yellow day lily

Continuing on the flowers this is a beautiful yellow day lily.  It is a little washed but was right in the sun.

I have heard day lily's can be source of food for humans it is edible. I am not sure if I would try or not.

I had a wonderful visit with Bethe tonight she is such a blessing.

    Gina you little sweetie you! I love the yellow lilly. Makes me want to go out to a graden and take millions of photos of flowers. Youdo such a lovely job. I do so love our cnversation. It was very delightful.

    I'm glad Dad got to the store OK. I told him to see about some local churches that have "meals on wheels" at least until his ankle heals. How's that going? Hope all is well.
