HELP PLEASE

HELP,  lost all of widgets and gadgets silly me forgot to save them
before editing back ground...GRRRRR  

Now I can't get blog lovin back on :( it will not give me code any ideas?
network blogs is no longer active either :(  :(

    Wish i could help that was something I knew nothing about. Sorry hope you can find them. I know alot of the things I like are gone and cannot be found. so many changes. Ugh!
