Still no pain!!PTL drove to bible study last night was almost to much! not having pillows to prop on. please pray I can get somebody to come take me to the grocery store

Yes, please get someone to help you. You don't need to push yourself too hard too quickly. Does your grocery store offer home delivery? You might want to check into that. Praying for you to heal quickly, but just don't rush it. Take this time to rest and let your body and spirit heal from all you've been through lately. (((hugs)))
