Hey there, blogging is a big passion for me has been since 2010. This year there
has been so much life thrown at me I am having a hard time keeping up please bear
with me . I am going to wrap up 2019 down below.
I am optimistic from here on out.
January 2019 we were forced to move from our home owner put it for-sale which
ended up being a blessing in disguise Our van breaks down (so now were 7 miles to
the closest store, thankful for a good neighbor who didn't know us from adam would take
me for groceries.
February 2019 Van still broke down, thankful for neighbor in OK coming up every weekend
to take me to the grocery store, and finally getting the van back up and working or so we thought
March 9 2019 our microwave goes kapoot (great since we do not even have a cook stove
we been using microwave, crockpot, electric skillet, toaster oven. Yes we were able to cook
Our OK neighbor leaves at 830pm to bring us new microwave and to take me to the
grocery store. March 16 is no different but this time we decide to drive the van to make sure
the alternator was gonna hold charge yayy March 23 neighbor from ok comes to take me to town went to the storage to move stuff to get more in there starts pouring down rain just great! I tell josh
I have to go to the restroom, lock shed we go to the nearest store break time and get something cold to drink I start not feeling well chest pains maybe I just pulled some muscles moving stuff right?
we get back to Galena and the effing power steering pump goes out causing it to be very hard to turn left SO NOW BACK TO NO VEHICLE time being, old vehicles stink. Sunday feeling kind of
tired sleep most of day wake up Monday 325 to severe chest pain, in arms, neck, back go to er
admit to hospital 48 hr observation late in the evening I had a mild heart attack and stroke Praise God I was at the hospital. Get out of hospital on the 27th feeling tired and frustrated cant do any
thing for a couple of days
April 4 Gator isn't feeling well and in severe pain off to the er we go, he has a mass on his curated artery not good as this can cause a massive stroke or heart attack the dr's tell us nothing they can do
as cancer is all out his body, and needs to get things put into place Get home early am on 5th
call Gator's family and tell of the news by 5 pm we had a whole house load of company House was a disaster because of my recent illness and not being able to even wash dishes yet we spent the weekend with his siblings mom and neighbor from ok.
we finally get an oncologist that agrees to help us his mom stayed here to make sure
he gets to appts. He has a great team of DR all the way from primary to specialist thank you isn't enough
May was pretty smooth sailing, other than not having the e13th annual gator cook out Memorial Day
weekend due to the weather.
June starts out going to my SSD hearing yayy the judge approved (still waiting long story)
611 I fell down and cracked my hip (thankfully no surgery) June 19th I was outside and
lost balance fell down and shattered my right wrist thus needing surgery I now have 2 pins plates and
screws in my right wrist area
July went without a bang so to say, we did however enjoy the beautiful fireworks from our view where we live
August finally got my settlement from SSD and a car :) ct scan cancer is shrinking PRAISE GOD
September and October went pretty smooth other than chemo every other week and dr visits
getting older stinks
November started off great, then some things beyond my control happened (no details) but this experience was horribly terrifying. Through the grace of God support from a friend, prayer
I survived it Thank you JESUS for not giving up on me
Week after Thanksgiving repeat ct-scan for gator, as he was having some pretty severe pain oncologist wanted to make sure there was no new cancer
December 10 we got the best Christmas present ever GATOR IS CANCER FREE!PRAISE GOD again I love that miracles still happen!
