hope everybody has a blessed week!  say some prayers for gator and I as were facing
an unexpected move.  Long story short, my mom decided she wants to see this place, we are
looking at it in a blessing in disguise, as there is so much work that needs done here.

We had a builder come out and to get it back in shape like it needs to be somewhere between
80,000 to 100,000  that doesn't include NEW ROOF, appliances, water heater and ac/heat unit
that is just structure work.

The sad and hard thing is this is the last memory of my dad, yes its time to let go and move forward
yea, I said it without crying my eyes out

funny story  last week when the van broke down
got home it was raining like cats n dogs outside
we had the broom out there sweeping water from
getting onto the back step  and I totally forgot about
it and ran over it...it is flat as a pancake
it doesnt even work very nice cleaning cobwebs

so decided to have fun with it and tell everybody
it was mine

either my mom or Gator (if I am gone)

10 to 30 mins

YES if I do not know the number if it is important they can leave a voice mail

When I worked I kept in touch via text

wasn't allowed to keep our phones on us at work

mom, gator and the rest of my family

cell, we only have the landline for internet and our fax

I don't talk to very many bloggie friends on a daily basis, I would love to 

chat with all of you!  ESP bev, Kwizgiver, my friend ANNIE from Corpus,

1. Scratch or mix? Buttermilk or plain? 

we make them from scratch with buttermilk
2. Pure and simple, or with additions cooked in?

I like flavor (chocolate chips, blue berries, and pumpkin)
3. For breakfast or for dinner?

since breakfast is great anytime I do both
4. Preferred syrup or other topping? How about the best side dish?

SYRUP love whip cream on them and for side hashbrowns
5. Favorite pancake restaurant?

waffle house however we do not eat out that often

Bonus: Any tasty recipes out there, for pancakes or other special 

breakfast dishes? Bring 'em on! 

Gator, makes a yummy skillet type breakfast   fried potatoes, mushrooms, 

bell pepper with sausage then a fried egg on top of it covered with HOMEMADE

always love thankful Thursday, however, we have so much
to be thankful for everyday

Today I am thankful for
my salvation
much needed rain
cooler temps *although I am not ready for COLD*
friends coming to our rescue when our vehicle broke down
family
electric
food in the cabinets
never ending love between gator and I
our animals who love us unconditionally
that we didn't get storm damage from the tornado on Tuesday
    it missed us by not even a block


Prayer request
lost souls
people in the path of Hurricane Michael
gators continuing healing of cancer
strength for us both
financial 
that our heat works  when we need it to turn it on
willie goat isnt felling well, he is a companion to gator

because of this yes even when not doing interpreting it seems natural to use my hands

when we o go out to eat, we prefer a booth more comfy it seems

I am very organized, I have never left anything behing

Yes I walk down to our pond,  its peaceful, just sitting listening to the sounds
