As you well know, each week the host post three words. You write something using the words.
Then come back and post a link to the contribution with Mr. Linky (but please, link to the exact post, not your blog, by clicking on the exact post title and paste it to Mr. Linky below). As always, there's no hard-and-fast rule that you have to post on Wednesday.

This week's words:
Distraught, adjective: Deeply upset and agitated.
Habitual, adjective: Done or doing constantly or as a habit; regular, usual.
Regulate, verb: Control or maintain the rate or speed of (a machine or process) so that it operates properly; control or supervise (something, especially a company or business activity) by means of rules and regulations; set (a clock or other apparatus ) according to an external standard.
Distraught: my family was distraught with the thought of my great nephew missing, thankfully a nice lady found him.
Habitual: one who can't tell the truth, is a habitual liar!!!
Regulate: I use my cruise control, to regulate my speed, but also medicines can regulate our health problems.
